matrix management and collaboration with various organizational entities to ensure project objectives are met.
interface with clients and stakeholders to ensure their requirements are fulfilled.
identify opportunities for additional sales and project area enhancements to maximize business outcomes.
comply with internal and external regulatory and safety requirements.

at least 5 years of proven experience in project management in the technology sector.
mandatory proven experience in the defense industry.
engineering background with a technical understanding of artificial intelligence systems and applications is an advantage.
familiarity with the business culture and security requirements of the united arab emirates is a significant advantage.
ability to drive sales and recognize potentials for upselling from projects.
excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of efficiently working with teams and clients at various levels.
proficiency in hebrew and english; additional languages are an advantage.
willingness to travel frequently abroad.
