We are looking for a project manager to lead varied cross-organizational projects, support, guide, reflect via tools, raise flags, help mitigate problems, and ensure we deliver what and when we plan to deliver.
Key Responsibilities:
Project management of strategic cross-org projects:
Work with different executives to initiate a project, define scope timeline and KPIs
Create and manage integrated project plan and identify project critical path
Monitor and review project progress and timelines and ensure all stakeholders adhere to the committed plan
Perform project risk management – identify potential risks, ensure risks are understood, suggest mitigations, and ensure successful execution of mitigations
Facilitate decision-making and take decisions when needed to be aligned with the executive sponsor
Manage the project integrations between departments/project phases to ensure effective collaboration and seamless delivery
Identify and resolve issues to ensure project success
Constantly and communicate plan and status with all relevant stakeholders
Accountable for an ongoing update of progress on project management tools and ensuring others updates in the system are well-documented
Develop business and operational processes, and support the implementation of these processes in relevant applications when necessary. This includes the development of efficient processes within groups and in between groups, with continuous process improvements.
These processes should be repeatable, agile, and audit-ready at any time.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a project manager in a tech environment, Medical device environment
Prior experience with supporting projects that include development to production transfer.
Knowledge of Regulatory and Clinical trials in Medical/Pharma companies.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills in both Hebrew and English.
Self-motivated, with a desire to influence and make a change.
A result-oriented attitude focused on iterative goals.
Ability to deep-dive quickly into flows and processes and understand them.
Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
