Key Responsibilities
Manage area project scope, including planning, readiness and construction execution of a new semiconductor manufacturing facility. Manage budget and schedule for his project scope. Lead design, procurement, safety, quality and commissioning enabling own project execution. Relevant package Scope Of Work ready to BID process. Manage his own team to enable smooth and efficient execution. Coordinate with General Contractor, Engineering teams, Sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure technical compliance and quality standards. Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulation and EHS standards. Responsible to communicate with Site CM for his infrastructure & coordination needs. Responsible to rise filed issues to management to ensure smooth execution.

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager within the semiconductor/similar industry. Experience managing projects or scopes exceeding 25 million USD. Expectation to maintain a balance between office and filed with a strong focus on office-based responsibility. Strong knowledge and filed experience in the relevant discipline scope. Strong leadership and coordination skills in multi-disciplinary project environments. Fluent English – mandatory, with the ability to work with international teams. Ability to collaborate effectively and respectfully including working smoothly across cultures. A role model (safety, disincline etc.) to the working environment. Commitment to extended stays in India, per the project requirements.
