Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in management roles of hardware, software, production and procurement projects
* Proven experience of work at international companies, and working with international teams
* Professional background in technology (hardware and software projects)
* Academic degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar (preferably a combination of technology and business)
* Fluency in English
* Outstanding presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills
* Good interpersonal skills
* High level of integrity and sensitivity
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Advantage to those who also have:
* Work experience or knowledge in the Automotive industry
* Experience in engineering and electronic manufacturing companies
* Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., German, French, etc.)
