What you'll be doing:
Develop and execute component 2nd source strategy from NPI to MP stage
Lead all activities to achieve 2nd source goals and target timeline to ensure robust supply chain and optimal cost
Collaborate with component suppliers, CMs and our internal teams (R&D, Operations and Finance) to ensure the projects key deliverables are met
Analyze suppliers landscape including components, CM's spaces to identify a potential alternative solution in the industry.
What we need to see:
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or Electrical engineering.
3+ years experience in managing multi function activities as Program manager and proven track record managing sourcing activities.
Results driven and is able to lead multiple projects to meet projects goals.
High degree of integrity, initiative, and attention to detail in a collaborative, intensive and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and influencing skills dealing with suppliers and internal cross functional teams.
Languages: English – required: Excellent writing and verbal skills.

Experience of working with Global suppliers.
Deep understanding of components market and supply base.
Familiar with ERP & PLM systems.
Knowledge in components manufacturing process.
