Elbit C4I division is looking for an experienced program manager and business Developer to lead multi-domains programs in all the product's life cycle and post-sale support in our site in Asia pacific.
Managing long-term customer relationships through its continuous business journey with Elbit from Presale stage onwards
Managing program (multi-projects) delivery according to a controlled scope, within timeline, budget and quality KPIs to enable delivery including operational validation activities
Managing multi-disciplinary interdepartmental interfaces
By deep technical knowledge of the solution navigating the solution scope to meet customer desired outcome on time
Managing the overall program plan in a global environment involving company divisions: product, R&D, QA, Integration, operations and support
Initiating and promoting up-sales opportunities
Management of third-party suppliers
Requirements:
B.Sc. in engineering / management an advantage
Strong Experience with program management of system of system delivery program/projects with emphasis on development of complex technical systems, delivery, logistics and budget
Experience with generating, writing and presenting technical document and presentations
Strong interpersonal and soft skills
Ability to motivate and lead people in a multi-dimensional matrix based organization.
Excellent English – read/write/speak
Experience with conducting business development and marketing processes abroad an advantage
Military service as Company/Battery commander and above an advantage
Required relocation for 3 years
