In this role your responsibilities include planning project management activities, analyzing, financial information to keep projects on track, and collaborating with different departments to ensure all leaders understand where a project is in the development process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Define scope of work and deliverables, Monitor project is proceeding according to plan.
Gather business requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and et project communication.
Set team role expectations.
Build team awareness of change considerations.
Finalize and deliver Project Charter.
Risk log and risk management.
Deliver regular status reports, risk, issue, and decision logs.
Oversee the development of the project and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently.
Draft new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.
Document the projects creation, development, and execution as well as the project scope, budget, and justification.
Ensuring that project/team milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Lead complicated customer complaints, including failure reproduction and performing validation tests.
Analyzing results and providing recommendations.

Requirements:
BSc degree or higher, in engineering science or related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role. Strong leadership skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to details and technicalities.
Excellent organizational and technical abilities.
Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer.
BSc degree or higher, in engineering science or related field from a recognized institution.
