We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, talented and collaborative Program Manager to join the iTero imaging systems segment of our technology and be a part of delivering innovative intra oral scanning solutions.
In this role, you will:
Work with portfolio management to define the multidisciplinary program goals.
Lead a cross functional program team in end to end product life cycle, planning and execution, to deliver quality products on time, within budget and with competitive features.
Lead by example to drive a sense of urgency on meeting program commitments.
Drive clarity by defining and prioritizing the program objectives, critical success factors and deliverables.
Work closely with regulatory team to verify product compliance with medical device grade standards.
Drive clear and effective communication across the business, function teams and management.

Proven leadership, team player and organizational skills.
Bachelor's Degree within appropriate Engineering/Science discipline.
Master of Business Administration Advantage.
At least 3 years experience in program management in multi disciplinary environment.
Proven experience with planning processes and execution: meeting program goals with desired quality, performance, schedule & budget.
Experience with full product lifecycle of a NPI medical device product, familiarity with leading regulatory standards.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
