Responsibilities:
• Support the management team and oversee the execution of technological projects from design through development, integration, testing, and validation to ensure compliance with design specifications and customer requirements. • Define and maintain standards and procedures for project management across disciplines. • Manage resource allocation and project dependencies such as manpower, equipment, budget, etc., throughout the project execution cycle. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and customers to define program milestones, requirements, specifications, and architecture for ongoing projects. • Identify and address project risks, ensuring that potential problems are identified and resolved promptly.
Advantages:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record in leading complex technical projects. • Planning and organizing skill sets, including contributing to schedules, estimating costs, and forecasting personnel needs. • 5 years of experience leading/managing the execution of complex technological programs.
