We are looking for a Production Engineer.

Provide technical leadership throughout the entire development lifecycle, from assisting in concept development to overseeing prototype production and transition to manufacturing.
Manage a team of engineers in a matrix structure, fostering collaboration and ensuring project goals are met.
Leverage your expertise in electronics and mechanics to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement within your projects.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience leading or participating in electronics and mechanics development projects.
A bachelor’s degree
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to manage a team in a matrix structure.
Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
