Design and enhance the user interface and user experience of our next-gen product, focusing on data-driven features and CRM integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive interfaces.

Apply expertise in UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for user flows, interactions, and data visualisation concepts.
Assist with customers design of POCs.
Develop and maintain the visual identity of our brand through graphic design elements.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback for continuous iteration and enhancement.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of UX/UI designs.
Minimum of 2 years of proven UX/UI and graphic design experience for complex software applications.
Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and graphic design principles.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
Experience with data systems and CRM/ERP tools, showcasing ability in designing data-driven features.
Excellent visual design skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote work.
Bachelors degree in Visual Communication, Design, or related field preferred.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
