We are looking for a Team Lead, Product who comes from a highly technical background, has excellent verbal and communication skills, and is able to autonomously prioritize and make decisions that have implications on our products.
In this position, you will lead the future development of our Performance Measurement technologies, collaborating with engineering, analytics, data scientists, architects, and other product managers to align on product requirements and successfully develop and launch new features.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage development from concept ideation to product release: perform research, develop requirements, and ensure delivery while working on critical efforts at a fast pace
Leadת,manage and mentored 2 other product managers to successfully execute product initiatives
Identify areas where we can intelligently combine big data and machine learning within the Performance Measurement product
Understand and analyze data pipelines, calculations, algorithms, and technical systems
Collaborate internally with other product & engineering teams to break down complex systems and processes so they can be easily understood
Assess and address technical risks alongside engineering to ensure the long-term success of the product and the teams ability to deliver results
Define product and testing acceptance criteria

5+ years of product management experience with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and a track record of shipping software on time
Experience with data analysis using tools like Python or R, statistics, modeling, SQL and presentations; communicating and influencing through large data sets
Experience managing the development and release of products in a fast-paced but coordinated manner
Organized with rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and positive attitude
Nice to have:
B.A. /B.S. or equivalent/higher level of education in Computer Science or a related technical field is strongly preferred
AdTech/MarTech or related areas with a strong understanding of the online advertising industry, ad tech platforms, and relevant metrics preferred
Passion and desire to play a key role in driving transparency and quality in advertising performance
