As a product specialist, you will be responsible for the commercial aspects of products, from small to medium.
Working with overseas partners, having an in-depth understanding of the field and KOL's.
The position combines field work, office work and cross country or overseas travel, when required.
Responsibilities:
Territory management (working with HCPs and customers in the field) and office tasks.
Build and present a strategic business marketing plan (Brand plan) and execute it.
Market analysis and working with physicians, specialists, and KOLs.
Work according to planned objectives, quality, and quantity.
Arrange creative activities within budget specifications.
Prepare marketing materials (both digital and printed) and get the relevant approvals according to internal and supplier requirements.
Handle scientific materials independently and prepare articles for team meetings.
Prepare a marketing expenses plan and routinely follow up with it.
Partners management, including preparation of BPs for business meetings with partners, routinely meeting with partners as needed.
Proactively create collaborations with stakeholders.
Analyze and follow up on sales reports.
Identify objections and weak points of the product that arise from the field and build a coping strategy accordingly.
Work in collaboration with cross-functional positions in the company, such as the Medical Manager and team Manager, and with external service providers to handle the administrative side of product needs.
Active participation in team meetings, business meetings with overseas partners, training sessions, conferences, etc.
Participation in conferences in Israel and abroad.
Work by the company code of ethics and guidelines laid down by the regulatory department.

Requirements:
At least 5 years experience as a medical representative/product specialist.
Bachelors degree in life sciences or Para-Medicine minimum.
High level of English.
Experience in communication and working with HCPs.
High interpersonal and communication skills Full proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS).
Self-responsibility and high teamwork skills.
Proactivity and can-do approach.
Ability to harness the team to achieve the product goals.
Understanding the product as part of the set of tasks and goals of the team, the unit, and the company.
