We are looking for an experienced, mature leader to join our Product Leadership team and lead our global Product Solution Management (PSM) team which consists of 5 PSMs, most of them abroad.
The PSM team is how our product organization stays intimately in touch with our strategic customers, making sure we understand them and consistently deliver value through our products as well as push new business and support ongoing presale activities (discovery, RFP/RFI/RFQ, proposals).
Youll play a critical role in shaping our product offerings and ensuring they meet customer needs throughout their lifecycle. Youll collaborate closely with strategic customers and sales teams as well as corporate, R&D and support functions.

Experience in leading teams of 3+ product solution managers / technical product managers / pre-sale engineers in global B2B/G SW vendors
Understand Product Processes | Product Sense
Strong situation analysis and problem-solving skills | Engineering Degree
Wide technical literacy and understanding of enterprise SW architecture and technology: big data, cloud, business continuity, security, networking & connectivity, storage
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Familiar with the intelligence/security / cyber domain advantage
Traveling: willing to travel 20% of the time
