Key Responsibilities
Product Vision and Strategy
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives.
Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on product goals.
Write and maintain detailed Product Requirements Documents to communicate the vision, objectives, and functional requirements of new products or features to the development team and other stakeholders.
Backlog Management:
Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is transparent, visible, and understood by all stakeholders.
Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Customer Focus:
Conduct market research and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions.
Act as the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring their needs are central to the product development process.
Performance Tracking
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
Analyze data to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Communication:
Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders on product status, milestones, and any issues that may arise.
Ensure alignment between the product team and other departments.
Education and Experience
Advantage- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a SaaS company. Ideally in the HR industry.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
Experience in the HR tech industry or familiarity with HR processes and tools.

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.

Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
