As a Product Marketing Manager, youll collaborate cross-functionally with our product managers, growth teams, designers, developers, and marketers, to identify optimization opportunities and implement data-driven solutions that will yield measurable improvements in user engagement, acquisition, and retention.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the AI product management, design, and customer experience teams to gather product feedback and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the product life cycle
Develop a deep understanding of the product, its unique value proposition, and target customer segments. Craft compelling positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the product's benefits and differentiation in the market
Develop and communicate our value proposition through marketing materials, web pages, emails, product screens, and more, to drive feature adoption, success and retention
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that maximize awareness and user acquisition of the product.
Leverage customer research, feedback, and market intelligence to develop accurate customer segments and identify key customer pain points, needs, and preferences. Align marketing initiatives to address these insights and create compelling customer experiences
Create impactful marketing materials, including product videos, website content, emails, and blog posts, that effectively communicate the value and benefits of our product to increase awareness and adoption
Plan and execute the successful launch of the new product, including coordinating marketing activities, monitoring campaign performance, and adjusting strategies as needed. Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization

Requirements:
2+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager
Experience with WordPress and Elementor – an advantage
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences and channels
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
2+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager
