We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager (PM) for IC product in Personal Computing domain. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and strong leadership skills to successfully manage semiconductor products in a competitive and rapidly evolving market. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our product strategy, enhancing market presence, and contributing to the company’s growth in the competitive semiconductor industry.
?Outbound Responsibilities Customer Engagement
* Be the main focal point for any customer engagement. Maintain existing business and seek for new opportunities, products and markets.
* Act as the primary interface between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
* Conduct customer visits and participate in technical discussions to gather feedback and requirements to be part of our solutions
* Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise and product demonstrations Industry Engagement
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies
* Build relationships with key partners and suppliers in the semiconductor ecosystem
Inbound Responsibilities Product Strategy and Planning
* Develop and maintain IC product roadmaps aligned with market trends and company goals
* Understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
* Define product requirements and specifications in collaboration with the customers and the engineering teams ?Product Development
* Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
* Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demand and business objectives
* Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development and delivery working closely with Engineering Program Manager
* Develop business cases for new product initiatives
* Manage product budgets, including costs and pricing strategies

– BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science – 10+ years of experience in semiconductor product management or related roles – Proven track record in managing complex technical products and driving business growth Deep understanding of IC development or embedded software development for microcontrollers (MCUs) processes and workflows – Familiarity with MCU ecosystems, including embedded firmware, drivers, RTOS, and Hardware Abstraction Layers Experience with security-related technologies (e.g., Secured Boot, Rot, DICE, RSA, ECC, SHA, Certification, ) and Provisioning processes – Knowledge of personal computer architecture (preferred) – Strong customer-facing and communication skills
