Who We're Looking For – The Dream Maker The position is centered around driving key growth initiatives through a range of strategic actions. Primarily, the focus will be on increasing product activations and securing upsells from existing clients, bolstered by the implementation of a targeted referral program. A key responsibility includes building both marketing and sales enablement frameworks, ensuring seamless communication with marketing teams, and managing marketplace listings. This role will also involve crafting effective email marketing campaigns, delivering product updates, and executing growth hacks to accelerate user engagement. In addition, responsibilities extend to performing market research, gathering customer reviews, and shaping go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Further, it includes developing an integration roadmap and driving feature adoption. Your Arena Persona Development : Crafting detailed persona models to bridge the value proposition gap across product, marketing, sales, customer success, users, and prospects throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Market Analysis & Segmentation : Conducting in-depth market analysis to understand the competitive landscape and market trends, ensuring the product maintains PMF and adapts to evolving customer needs. This includes strategic market segmentation to address the specific needs of different cohorts within our target audience. Sales, Marketing, and Support Enablement : Collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to create enablement tools and resources. This involves understanding the sales process and clearly defining our USP and VP. Go-to-Market Strategy : Actively contributing to the GTM strategy and regularly revisiting it to ensure alignment with the overall product strategy. KPI Definition & Monitoring : Working closely with product management and marketing teams to define and monitor post-launch product KPIs. Storytelling & Evangelism : Utilizing strong storytelling skills to compellingly evangelize the product through social media, events, and other channels. Demand Generation : Driving demand for the product through effective positioning, messaging, and marketing programs that align with our business objectives.

* 5+ years of experience leading PLG SaaS Product Marketing, with a strong focus on B2B & SMB -Must
* Fintech and E-commerce industry experience – Must.
* Past founder experience is a plus, bringing entrepreneurial insight is – Must.
* Expertise in product marketing or a related field, with excellent English writing skills for creating engaging and informative content – Must.
* Proven experience in email marketing and building online communities, driving user engagement and brand growth – Must.
* Experience managing referral programs and crafting strategies that increase client engagement and retention.
* Familiarity with SaaS tools and platforms, including CRM, email automation, and product analytics – Must
