Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that maximize awareness and user acquisition of the product
Develop a deep understanding of the product, its unique value proposition, and target customer segments
Work closely with the product management, design, and customer experience teams to gather product feedback and ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the product life cycle
Craft compelling positioning and messaging that effectively communicates the product's benefits and market differentiation
Conduct market research and redefine our view of the competitive landscape to inform decision making regarding our roadmap and GTM strategy
Evaluate and optimize processes and frameworks to improve the effectiveness of product launches and cross-functional collaboration
Work with sales and growth teams to meet revenue and customer goals
Play a leadership role the marketing department without hands-on people management
5+ years of proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager
5+ years of experience managing people
Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and campaign planning
Strong understanding of top-of-funnel marketing, customer acquisition, and adoption strategies
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences and channels, including wireframes and mockups
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
A self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
