Required Product Marketing Director
Description:
Focus both on Marketing and Product development aspects and own the full life cycle
Establish the vision and strategic plan for the assigned product segment
Coordinating activities in a multi-functional organization; including marketing, sales, operations, engineering, and services teams, while ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements
Ensure customer focus by communicating and building rapport with customers (average and KOLs) as required and ensuring the voice of the customer is reflected in all work processes
Define and lead appropriate market segmentation and positioning strategies and related marketing plan for the assigned product segment in each one of the geographical regions we operate in
Drive the product portfolio to meet the needs of the market – responsible for strategy and execution of the product roadmaps and New Product Introductions (NPI)
Develop Value Proposition for Established as well as Emerging geographies for the assigned product segment
Works closely with commercial and regional marketing team to develop go-to-market programs
Develop, execute, and motivate others on strategies, tactics, measurements, and operating mechanisms to deliver business results
Support Regional Sales and establish product pricing and positioning strategies
Understand and utilize salesforce.com to identify market trends.

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering / Marketing / Business Administration
MBA from a leading institution – advantage
3 years of hands-on experience in product marketing and product development in the field of medical devices and/or biotech a must
Marketing expertise
Healthcare product/industry/technical acumen – a must
Proven ability to work globally; willingness to travel at least 30% of the time
Excellent command of MS Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook)
Native English speaker – preferred. Additional languages would be considered an advantage
Superb presentations skills (in English)
Proven ability to influence and negotiate internally and externally
Personality:
Fast learner and adapter
Leadership skills to lead or collaborate in matrix teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
Innovation – develop new ideas through collaboration and execute on creative ideas
Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional and international teams
