Product Management Team Manager – Product Division
We are seeking an inspiring leader to manage our dynamic product team. As a Team Manager, you will guide and develop a team of five, steering innovative products from conception to consumer shelves.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of a product team consisting of 6 dedicated professionals.
• Drive the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to market launch.
• Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring alignment with company objectives across departments like manufacturing, purchasing, sales, quality, and engineering.
• Mentor and support team members, ensuring professional growth and development within the product division.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality products by instituting robust quality control measures and continuous improvement methodologies.
