We are looking for an experienced product manager team lead with a strong technical background. In this position, you will own the product release cycle from requirement gathering to product release and lead a team of product owners that buildsour core products.
As part of your role, you will focus on:
Lead and mentor product team members.
Work closely with the product business owner to align on the product strategy and main targets
Define and communicate the roadmap and drive execution for successful results.
Working closely with engineering managers, product managers, UX designers
Engage with customers to help direct product roadmap and improve customer experience.
Drive adoption and track success criteria and performance metrics.
Be data-driven with ongoing analysis of usage data.
Communicate clearly about projects, risks, and accomplishments on behalf of the team.

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
2+ years of experience in managing a team of product managers/owners
Passionate self-starter with a can-do attitude
Proven track record delivering software products/services to market.
Strong attention to detail including proven ability to manage priorities.
Experienced working with customers and ability to identify customer needs
Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Proven technical background and experience Advantage
