Responsibilities:
* Ensure the success and growth of our games by developing product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management framework.
* Own mobile product features roadmaps from end to end.
* Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed MRDs, PRDs, UI/XU & flow, wireframes, define AB test and user stories, prioritize backlog and handle development/engineering.
* Analyze the success of the feature once it’s released to production, responsible for the usage data and patterns, and run tests to optimize and improve performance, and business results.
* Study the current market, be aware of the competitors, and find new ways to innovate.
* Work with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, Design Team, BI/BA, etc.) to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation.
* Find opportunities for key initiatives to improve the customer experience.
* Manage ongoing maintenance and improvement of product features. #LI-Onsite
* Minimum of 3 years experience in product management – Online Gaming Industry A must
* A solid mix of technical, product, UX, and business intelligence.
* Analytical, data-driven thinking with advanced problem-solving skills.
* Significant experience with inbound product management, working closely with R&D teams on product execution, transforming vision to product capabilities, and a build-up plan.
