We are looking for a Product Manager to join our fast-growing company to direct one of our amazing Product Teams – the 'Search and Find Experience' product team.

The 'Search and Find Experience' product team, central to our marketplace growth, is creating innovative products to help buyers find their perfect freelancing match. As the Product Manager for the Search and Find Experience product team, you will lead multiple areas on our platform, including our search & browse experiences along with AI-based conversational search. The ideal candidate will be tasked with overseeing the product team, championing product innovation, driving growth strategies, and ensuring that our platform continues to exceed the expectations of our users on a global scale.

A robust understanding of search algorithms, data science practices, and artificial intelligence principles.
A professional with 5+ years of experience leading product team/data scientist team/development team. Fluently translating opportunities and needs into innovative products and features, focused on algorithmic and data-driven domains
A hands-on leader with a proven track record of positively influencing business outcomes.
An extraordinary sense of product, UX, and logical reasoning.
An ability to understand how to harness qualitative and quantitative data insights to drive product strategy and development.
A seasoned leader well-versed in team-building and guiding collaborative groups to success.
An active learner and keen listener with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
An ability to thrive in a fast-paced internet environment.
MSc/BSc in Computer Science/Math/Engineering/Physics or equivalent.
MBA – an advantage.
