We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager in the Fintech domain with a natural ability to deliver on product initiatives across the company. Our Product Managers lead all aspects of their product and drive cross-functional teams that cover all product aspects. The PM owns the product backlog, UX, feature definition and continuously strives to improve KPIs. You will be part of a squad and will work closely with Engineering, Data, Design, Marketing, and Support teams and prioritize product development to achieve the squad objectives. Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility and ownership of your product development, all the way from ideation to production
* Define products and features, specify use cases, and write specs involving payment functionality
* Own your product area, features, and KPI and work as part of a squad of engineers and designers while collaborating closely with Support, Marketing, and Control teams
* Analyze users’ behavior and data, identify new trends, and take action accordingly
* Understand Vthe companies’ strategic and competitive position, and deliver products that are best in the messaging industry
* Be the owner and expert on your product and its market

* Product experience in B2C / mobile app
* Strong understanding of user experience and user behavior

* A degree in computer science or equivalent experience
* Experience with Consumer-facing products, Content-based products
* Experience with financial products in the CEE region
