Responsibilities:
Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for the customer-facing portal product, aligning with the company's goals and objectives in the Payments or Fintech sector.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, data analysis, and business objectives.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.
Act as a product evangelist, communicating product vision, strategy, and updates to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
Monitor product performance, gather insights through data analytics, and iterate on product features to drive continuous improvement and optimize user experience.
Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the Payments and Fintech space to maintain product relevance and competitiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Proven track record of 5-8 years in product management roles within the Payments or Fintech industries, with a focus on building customer-facing portal products.
Strong understanding of Payment systems and financial services and user experience principles in the Payments sector is preferred.
Proficiency in user experience principles and methodologies, with a focus on designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for customer-facing portal products is a must
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
