This is a highly influential role that significantly impacts the success and roadmap of the product. As a Product Manager for Business Messages, your primary mission is to lead the strategic vision and execution of our product portfolio, specifically focused on developing tools tailored to drive revenue and adoption of the service.. Strategic Leadership for Business Messages :
* Define the product direction and strategy for the product
* Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute a tailored product roadmap that aligns with the larger Business Solution Units goals and the unique needs of businesses. Customer Facing / Sales Interface responsibility:
* Engage with customers, partners, and sales team to understand business needs, pain points, and priorities to inform Product Strategy and provide transparency into roadmaps/managing expectations Product Lifecycle Management for Business Tools:
* Oversee the entire lifecycle of the product, from ideation and concept development to launch and ongoing optimization. Market Analysis and Customer Insights for Business Integration:
* Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities partners and businesses using Business Messages.
* Utilize data analysis techniques to gather and analyze customer feedback from partners and businesses, incorporating insights into product planning and development processes. Financial Accountability with a Focus on Business Solutions:
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business messages solutions within to assess product performance and take corrective actions as necessary.

* Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth, specifically within the context of messaging applications
