We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Team. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with a cross-functional team to design, build, and roll-out products that going to solve an immense problem. You will use data and customer feedback to define and drive new products and features.
Responsibilities:
Ownership of a complete product area in our product line: defining requirements, driving the product life cycle in an agile methodology including user stories, personas, UX, UI.
Serve as the Product Owner, representing the customer and stakeholders to the development team, maintaining the product backlog, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization to ensure the end-to-end high-quality product delivery.
Solve complex issues and translate solutions into simple concepts for customers and all employees within the company to understand.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, and launch products globally.
Requirements:
3+ years experience in product management roles. Preferably with experience in Fintech, Payment, or Fraud solutions.
Experience working in a startup / SaaS product – must.
Excellent communication skills in English: written, verbal, and presentation communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
A proven ability to execute complex projects in mid-size/large organizations.
Strong analytical decision-making skills, business thinking, an independent, and organized individual.
Strong interpersonal skills to informally lead and drive discovery and execution with cross-functional teams.
