Job Description:
As a Product Manager for Platform Services, youll be instrumental in driving the strategic direction, planning, and execution of our platform roadmap. Your primary focus will be the overall platform, where youll work to enhance user experience and optimize it for maximum usability, intuitiveness, and efficiency. Youll focus on subscription management, site navigation, account ownership, site settings, and personal information management. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop innovative solutions that align with our business objectives and resonate with our user base.
Responsibilities
Own the platform product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
Understand our customers deeply through data analysis, customer interviews, and user research to uncover user needs and translate them into product requirements.
Prioritize and manage feature backlog, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and goals.
Collaborate with the engineering, UX/UI, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Monitor product performance and iterate continuously to improve user experience and achieve key business metrics.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams across the organization

A minimum of 4 years of product management experience at B2B or B2C SaaS companies
Strong experience in leading and delivering large, complex projects
Proven experience in building user management-related products
You shine at analyzing data and have experience building analytics /dashboards /data visualization-based products.
Proven ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate innovative ideas with internal and external partners
Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
