As a Product Manager, you will work on enhancing the user experience by creating meaningful features to drive conversion and optimizing the existing features and flows to maximize retention. As part of your daily activities, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop new features and identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, leveraging user data and user feedback to iterate and enhance the product.
In this role, you’ll:
Enhancing the company`s app with real-value features by defining, developing, and implementing product features.
Discover pain points and opportunities for improvement by conducting user research and diving deep into our customers’ needs and behaviors.
Optimize the user funnel and journey by conducting A/B tests based on data, growth opportunities, market research, and user needs.
Work closely with our talented cross-functional teams, including Design, Developers, Data Science, and Marketing, to ensure product success.
Responsibilities:
Own the product development cycle from concept to production through iterations and measurements.
Actively seek out new opportunities to impact product growth.
Conduct user research and derive actionable insights.
Plan and prioritize new product creation and existing feature optimization.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of Engineers, Product Designers, and Product Analysts to drive rapid product releases.
Conduct competitor analysis to derive insights.
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
Write product specifications for developers and iterate with engineers, data analysts, UX designers, and localization managers.
At least 5 years of Product Management experience from a B2C company (must).
Experience with Mobile apps.
Worked in a data-driven and analytical environment, driven by collecting and analyzing user data.
User Experience (UX) oriented.
At least 2 years experience working on a premium/freemium app. (advantage)
