Responsibilities:
Build and own payments-related products for internal teams and consumers.
Drive business growth by identifying areas where product innovation can impact conversions and retention.
Understand the product's impact on cash flows and translate business goals into a clear roadmap.
Balance qualitative and quantitative data from internal operations, business teams, and client feedback to validate hypotheses.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape and position the company's payments solution and strategy.
Own the product lifecycle, including market research, user research, defining wireframes, scope, KPIs, and development processes.
Collaborate closely with R&D, product, design, sales, CX, and finance teams.
Design and plan frictionless user experiences.
Think creatively to solve complex problems.
Explain complex concepts and ideas in a simple and clear way to diverse audiences.
Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills to align teams' priorities towards shared goals.
Work intensively with technical teams.
Experience in an Agile development environment.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record in writing PRD documents – must.
Proven track record in designing and planning frictionless user experiences.
Ability to creatively solve complex problems and communicate ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Self-organized, process-driven, and data-driven mindset.
Experience working intensively with technical teams.
Familiarity with Agile development environments.
