Product Manager
Roll-to-Roll (R2R) platform
– shaping innovative, multidisciplinary solutions that connect technology, business, and creativity.
Youll own the full product lifecycle- from concept to launch and beyond – working closely with R&D, Sales, Operations, and Support to ensure delivers impactful, customer-driven solutions.
A significant portion of the work will be inbound, focusing on translating customer and market needs into concrete product plans and driving their execution across teams.
What will you do?
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the R2R platform.
Lead the entire product lifecycle – from gathering market insights and defining requirements to launch and post-launch optimization.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment across Sales, R&D, Operations, and Service.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning.
Translate market needs into actionable product plans, ensure decisions are translated into actionable plans and successfully implemented across teams..
Create sales enablement tools and train global teams and partners.
Support pre-sale and business development initiatives with product expertise.
Track performance and continuously optimize for impact.

Requirements:
5+ years of product management experience in complex, multidisciplinary environments.
Proven track record of leading end-to-end product initiatives.
Strong technical orientation with business acumen.
Excellent collaboration skills – able to work effectively across teams and geographies.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English.
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience with printing technologies
– advantage
Familiarity with business intelligence solutions –
advantage
