We are seeking a creative bright product manager with the ability to understand the business and customer needs, user experience, and translate them into clear roadmap and work closely with development teams to execution.

Responsibilities:
Manage the full product lifecycle from initial design and roadmap to execution with a strong focus on user experience and costumer journey.
Gather and analyze requirements and write clear and detailed PRDs and user stories.
Collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams R&D, UI/UX, etc. to guarantee a smooth and efficient implementation setting the right priorities
Drive product launches and communicated product vision, priorities and progress to stakeholders across the organization.
Monitor product performance, analyze data, and iterate to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
3+ years of prior experience in Product Manager ownership roles preferably within B2C products.
Background from great methodological companies that work in a fast paced agile environment.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle including developing roadmap and writing clear PRD documents.
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Solid experience working closely with R&D dedicated teams and leading agile ceremonies -Must
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Hebrew and English.
Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced agile environments
Demonstrated ability to drive results with a strong focus on KPIs, business metrics, and OKRs to deliver measurable product impact.
Team Player attitude.
