As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in an established product team. As part of a growing core product team, you will have the chance to contribute your expertise and personal touch, having a direct impact on product decisions and working on a product which enhances the daily experiences of millions of individuals who work, live, and visit thousands of buildings worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with designers and R&D in agile sprints or task force groups
Oversee and lead product processes from end-to-end, from initial planning and prioritization, defining feature requirements, to conducting quality reviews
Take an active role throughout the entire product life cycle, including: defining initiatives and KPIs, planning quarterly roadmaps, assessing features, and managing product releases
Engage with customers on a weekly basis, to gather feedback and utilize qualitative data to iterate, improve, and innovate the product
Conduct user research and dive deep into our customers’ needs to uncover bigger pain points and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success and Sales, to gather customer feedback and to provide clear guidance and prioritization
Work closely with analytics tools, like Mixpanel and Fullstory, to track KPIs, measure the success of initiatives, and make data-driven decision
You have worked as a Product Manager in a SaaS company for at least 2 years.
You are obsessive about customers rather than competitors, and your experience reflects this.
You love helping people and being the go-to person for other departments in the company.
You have experience in utilizing data and working with analytics tools like Mixpanel and Fullstory.
You have excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate and write clearly, and effectively convey messages and findings to stakeholders
You have high attention to detail.
You feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects running in parallel and short deadlines.
You are proactive, thrive on taking initiatives, and drive business results.
