Lead the strategic vision and execution of our product portfolio, specifically focused on developing tools tailored to drive revenue and adoption of the service.
This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of messaging, and the value it brings from a commercial perspective.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
– Define the product direction and strategy for Business Messages.
– Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the Units goals and the unique needs of businesses.
Customer Facing / Sales Interface Responsibility:
– Engage with customers, partners, and the sales team to understand business needs, pain points, and priorities.
– Inform Product Strategy and provide transparency into roadmaps and managing expectations.
Product Lifecycle Management:
– Oversee the entire lifecycle of Business Messages, from ideation and concept development to launch and ongoing optimization.
Market Analysis and Customer Insights:
– Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities specific to small businesses.
– Utilize data analysis techniques to gather and analyze customer feedback, incorporating insights into product planning and development processes.
Financial Accountability:
– Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to small business solutions to assess product performance and take corrective actions as necessary.

– Experience in API messaging solutions domain.
– Strong understanding of market trends, competition, and the unique challenges and opportunities for small businesses.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across different teams. – Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth, specifically within the context of messaging applications.
– Experience in data analysis and utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring product performance and user engagement.
– Ability to collaborate, solve ambiguous problems, and think innovatively.
– Bachelors degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. A masters degree or Ph.D. in a technology or business-related field is a plus.
