The opportunity
We are looking someone who can develop and direct marketing programs for products focus on RESPIRATORY and other assigned products; monitor application and achievement of marketing programs; manage product lifecycle compliance to the prevailing local regulations, corporate policy and QEHS in order to achieve the sales target and within the approved advertising and promotional budget.
This role need to use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes, works independently, solves complex problems by taking a new perspective using existing solutions.
How you’ll spend your day
Analyze market demand, product sales information, competitor data; propose sales target and market positioning of each product; ensure product mix and appropriateness of the activities. Compiles and evaluates research on the market's product requirements and identifies enhancements to current features and functionality.
Establishes marketing strategies including product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development to manage a product or product category's life cycle.
Develop budget plan of each product based on marketing plan; control expenses against budget, produce periodical reports.
Develop plans for new products launching in coordination with related departments.
Establish promotional programs; develop promotional materials, presentational materials as well as supporting data in coordination with the related departments; manage and implement activities within the approved budget.
Ensure good relations with customers through marketing activities initiate contact and regular visits to key market.
Provide distributors with data and analysis of market demand and sales growth for a more aggressive product distributions.
Prepare status report of marketing program activities and key message on every activities in the market as required.
Prepare and send mail to pharmacies in terms of product and branding maintenance such as product handling information, withdrawal of products, new packaging information.
Implement the QEHS procedure to achieve the target and continuously improving the effectiveness of the process.
