KMS Lighthouse is looking for a Product Manager to join our expanding Israeli-based team. The product team at KMS Lighthouse is at the heart of the company. Join us as we ship new products and features to our unique market-leading knowledge management platform. Our team consists of designers and PMs who work closely to innovate and excite with new, delightful, user experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Understand and represent user needs, then design holistic solutions to address them.
* Prioritize product features and capabilities.
* Work closely with designers and developers to create simple and elegant, end-to-end flows and experiences.
* Write user stories and PRDs to ensure a clear understanding and communication of your vision.
* Create strong partnerships with engineering teams to deliver features and products and be the “voice of the user” throughout the product development lifecycle.
* Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to management and essential customers.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of proven experience in software product management and overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
* Experience in cross-functional team management, “a people person”.
* Team player, positive attitude, problem-solver.
* Deep understanding of UI/UX — at the end of the day, it all comes down to an excellent old-fashioned user experience.
* Excellent project management skills – from planning through execution.
* Passionate about impacting people’s lives.
