We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Product Manager to join our Tel Aviv-based R&D department. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product from its early stages. Your role will be crucial in driving innovation and achieving impactful results within our dynamic product management team.
What will you do?
Own major areas of the product from roadmap planning and requirements definition, through execution, launch and collecting customer feedback
Drive ongoing execution of the roadmap, working closely with RnD on managing priorities and trade-offs in an agile environment
Lead new and innovative strategic product initiatives to expand the platform and answer additional customer needs
Play a key role in establishing the framework for collecting customer feedback, performing user research and prototyping new ideas
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help us build the right product for our customers and reach our company goals.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a product manager for a SaaS B2B product- MUST
3+ years of experience working for a fintech company or in the financial markets domain- MUST
Strong analytical skills and an ability to understand and drive complex product flows
Passion for customer experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills (Hebrew and English)
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment while dealing with ambiguity and working independently
Nice to have skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field
Previous experience in a technical role – developer, QA, analyst, etc.
