We seek a talented and motivated Product Lead to lead our Claims and Fleet Product squads. This role will deliver a delightful experience and optimized outcomes for our customers (drivers, fleets, and brokers) and internal stakeholders. A day in the life:
Manage the product strategy and roadmap of multiple products to deliver optimized outcomes and a delightful experience for our internal and external customers using technology and data
Coach and mentor team members, enabling growth paths aligned with their aspirations and company goals
Partner closely with the relevant stakeholders to develop products and experiences that delight users and drive impact to the company
Develop product hypotheses, design and conduct lean and focused experiments to prove or disprove them
Regularly and proactively share progress toward solving focus problem statements and advancing on a shared vision
Uncover high-impact improvement opportunities for the Product team by monitoring and analyzing key quantitative and qualitative metrics

Requirements:
What you will need:
7+ years of Product Management experience in startup environments.
4+ years of experience leading other product managers.
Strong analytical skills, with experience setting up and executing tests or experiments.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Demonstrated capabilities of owning end-to-end quantitative and qualitative customer research and effectively identifying and interpreting key findings.
Demonstrated ability to work closely and effectively with stakeholders to deliver impact.
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor product managers to help them achieve their full potential.
Experience in building customer-facing products is a plus.
Self-driven, motivated, and willing to work in a rapidly changing, early-stage startup environment.
Fluent English – a must.
