2+ years building or managing complex B2B technical products ( Developer tools, infrastructure, data platforms, or enterprise software)
Hands-on experience with AI/LLM products: RAG systems, semantic search, LLM applications, or agentic architectures
Strong plus: Understanding of legacy systems, mainframes, COBOL, RPG, or modernization challenges Product Management Excellence
5+ years as a Product Manager with 2+ years leading or managing product teams
Metrics-driven decision making using product analytics, KPIs, and quantitative data
Customer discovery expertise: user research, interviews, translating insights into requirements
Enterprise B2B experience: sales cycles, procurement, multi-stakeholder decisions
Proficiency with prioritization frameworks, OKRs, and strategic planning
