Customer Experience Product Manager is responsible for IOT Approach, Smart Home Connection and Roadmap of Value Being proposed to our customers via Application. Add another dimension to Maytronics products. Responsibilities:
* Partner with IT, and Digital Product Managers to manage Customer Experience roadmap and backlog for all digital products ensuring that Maytronics products and created value truly distinguish.
* Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user preference.
* Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.
* Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging and ensure differentiation from competitors and be a real market pioneer.
* Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement, perform benchmark and analysis of what can make a difference.
* Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and problem-solving.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, Engineering information systems, or anything else that can contribute to success.
* MBA or MA is a plus.
* 5+ years of experience in digital product management or similar role, ideally in a technology-driven industry or proof of relevant experience.
* Be IOT, SmartHome and CX savvy that would like to occupy leading role of Pool Technologies Global Market Leader.
* Be obsessed with Customer experience.
