What is the role?
As a Product Designer, you will take ownership over the entire product experience for one of the company products. It will be your responsibility to transform complex customer problems into simple, intuitive and friendly user experiences for our clients and to take our product design to new heights. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Software Developers, and Product Analysts and other stakeholders in order to define, design and deliver extraordinary products.
Responsibilities:
Actively participate in exploring new concepts and ideas that will eventually turn into high-flying tech products that will engage and delight our clients
Partner with product managers and engineers to oversee the user-experience of a product from concept to launch
Design user workflows and experiences that are simple and intuitive
Prototype and iterate based on client and team feedback
Conduct a full design cycle, which starts from understanding product vision and user goals, assessing competitors research, creating flows and defining information architecture for a pixel-perfect UI, until supporting development
Keep track of the live product performance, along with product managers and analysts to make sure we give our users best experience with using our products
Promote a goal-oriented design process and best practices in the company.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in UX design of high-quality customer-facing products – A must
Experience working closely with Product Managers, Product Analysts, Engineers and Product Designers as part of a product team
Proficiency with Figma's capabilities and using shared component libraries- A must
A strong portfolio that showcases your design work – A Must
Experience in solving complex product and UX problems
A team player with excellent personal and communication skills – A must
Demonstrated knowledge of design layout principles
Data visualization interest and/or experience
Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Eager to learn and share knowledge
Fluent in English
Strong Advantage if you have:
A Bachelor of Visual Communication (or equivalent)
Experience in creating/working with design systems
Experience in prototyping
Experience in designing products with AI models.
