We are looking for a Product Designer with strong UX writing skills to work on designing and developing new and yet-to-be-released cloud-based solutions for global payroll. As a Product Designer, you'll join the Product Design & Research team to support new product initiatives.
You'll work collaboratively to turn complex problems into intuitive experiences. You'll have the opportunity to define not only the visual design and user experience but also the micro-interactions that bring these solutions to life.
You'll research complex customer workflows, validate customer problems, and create transformative solutions that are natural, accessible, and easy-to-use.
Additionally, you will ensure that the voice, tone, and messaging across the product are consistent and align with our brand guidelines, while writing clear, concise, and compelling UX copy for various interfaces, including microcopy, error messages, onboarding instructions, and more.
What you will do:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
Conducted user research and evaluated user feedback to iterate on design solutions.

Requirements:
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and UX writing skills.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
Strong experience working with Design System components and variants.
Native English, with the ability to write in a clear, concise, and user-friendly manner.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and design solutions.
