We are looking for a bright product designer to join the Product team.
What Youll Do?
Shape the user experience of our product for both existing and new features.
Define and solve problems across the different product stages based on design explorations, research, and user testing.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of interfaces.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers.
Evaluate user feedback to enhance and refine the user experience.
Engage in all stages of visual design, from initial concept to final implementation.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our industry, customers, and stakeholders to proactively meet their diverse needs.
Continuously challenge and improve existing design concepts and paradigms.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience designing a complex mobile and web system/platform must
Experience with consumer app B2C.
Experience in the Digital Healthcare industry big advantage!
Deep understanding of user research, usability testing and other UX principles.
Experience with UX integrations and localization progress.
Experience working in agile methodologies and iterative design process.
Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication or Interactive Design or equivalent.
Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong portfolio demonstrating your abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
A positive and flexible attitude with an ability to share clear arguments and concerns.
Fluent English.
