Responsibilities
End-to-End UX and UI responsibility in a rapidly growing innovative company.
Analyze complex flows, understand their pitfalls, and suggest intelligent yet simple solutions.
Build and communicate solutions at various stages of definition using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, high fidelity prototypes, and final design specifications.
Conduct product research based on data, competitor analysis, and feedback from customers to deeply understand our users challenges.
Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to create forward-thinking interfaces for our product while ensuring proposed designs meet user needs and are feasible to implement.
Produce all assets needed for the development teams and make sure that the work is delivered as it was designed.
2+ years of experience in UX an UI designs part of a product team working alongside developers and product managers (preferably in a B2B/technology-based company)
Conceptual thinker who can understand user behavior, simplicity, and usability.
You understand the products lifecycle from research through prototyping to design and usability testing.
You're a fast learner with strong problem-solving skills and an ability to understand and work with data in technological contexts.
You have a positive attitude and great social skills with a willingness to put aside ego for the sake of whats best for the team
Possess the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment
The ability to work pragmatically to meet deadlines while leaving room for future iteration
High English written and verbal communication
Advantages
Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication or Interactive Design
Ideally working on complex products (Portfolio with relevant projects to this application must be included!)
