Your ownership will include:
Own the design process end to end, from research and ideation through to visual design and validation
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and DevOps to create intuitive, user-centered solutions
Translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and beautiful interfaces
Conduct user research and usability testing with internal and external users
Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and polished designs for new and existing features
Contribute to and evolve our design system to maintain visual and functional consistency
Continuously learn about the products technical context to inform design decisions.

Ability to simplify complex, technical information into clear and intuitive user experiences
Curiosity and eagerness to dive into technical domains (e.g. cloud, DevOps, infrastructure)
Proficiency in Figma for UX/UI design, prototyping, and working with design systems
Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with Product, R&D, and other stakeholders
Attention to detail and a high standard for design quality and consistency
Growth mindset, open to feedback and continuous learning
Nice to Have:
Experience in creating design systems and component libraries
Knowledge of user analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar, Amplitude, Mixpanel) to support design decisions
Passion for simplifying complexity and improving workflows for technical users.
