Foster a collaborative partnership with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams, guiding strategic decisions that enhance our product offerings.
Mentor and lead a team of Product Designers, promoting an environment where innovative UX methodologies are at the forefront of solving complex design challenges.
Utilize analytics tools like Mixpanel and FullStory to gather insights on user behavior, anchoring design decisions in real-world data.
Cultivate a design thinking culture across all stages of the product development process, encouraging your team to remain user-focused and solution-oriented.
Develop and manage a comprehensive design system, ensuring our products are both consistent and adaptable.
Regularly report to the VP of Design on team progress, leveraging these insights to foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement.
Champion continuous learning, encouraging your team to stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and methodologies.
Establish and lead design culture initiatives, such as workshops, peer reviews, and design sprints, to ensure your team is constantly engaged, inspired, and thinking creatively.

Over 5 years of product design experience, with a focus on web and user-centered design in a tech or startup environment.
At least 2 years of experience managing product designers – a must!

Proficiency in using analytics and behavior tracking tools to inform design strategies and improve user experiences.
An exceptional portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of design principles, methodologies, and the impact of your work.
Expertise in design and prototyping tools, including experience with AI-driven design innovations.
