Were looking for a Product Data Specialist to join our Team. This is a highly strategic role with significant impact across the organization. In this role you will work closely with key members of our leadership team to research, ideate, execute, launch, and iterate on new and existing products in the context of the strategic objectives of the company. Your goal will be to help turn our vision and strategy into reality. You will create product roadmaps from conception to launch, set & achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends and deliver innovative products to millions of users.
We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, has a get things done attitude and is highly collaborative with a small team of passionate individuals.
A day in the life
Our products tell stories through the data they collect. You are obsessed about finding these stories, telling them in human language and converting them into actionable insights.
To do that, you will use everything you have! technology, deep data-analysis knowledge, proactive attitude and doubting all assumptions.
You will build bridges between data-worlds, connecting people in the company that dont always work together. You will be passionate about understanding our products, how they improve our customers lives and how the data flows through them.
And above all – you will be obsessed about data insights.

6-8 years product management experience
Domain expertise in SQL, Data Science, Data visualization – A must
Technical expertise to work hand in hand with engineers in an Agile environment to develop features, set realistic goals and stay on track.
All-around team player, self-motivated with strong communication skills, who thrives working in a fast-paced environment, and is willing to roll up sleeves and do any task to get the job done
Hands-on, initiator, with a high level of ownership and accountability with a mindset of getting things done
Impact-driven, user and business oriented with passion for developing products that people love
Strong analytical abilities and comfort with metrics and data
Ability to lead indirectly – influence without authority
Willingness to challenge the status quo, and the confidence to back yourself with rational discourse
Customer focused, ability to listen aggressively to feedback
Strong presentation skills
Fluency in English – both conversational and written
