What will you do?
Evaluate the success of new features and product rollouts, using data to guide decisions
Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to measure product improvements
Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Engineering to investigate product behavior, performance and marketplace trends.
Dig into complex datasets to identify opportunities, bugs, or trends that inform roadmap priorities
Communicate actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders that impact decisions and create measurable value to company results.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an analytics role
SQL knowledge, with the ability to write and work with complex queries
Hands-on experience with Tableau or Looker for building dashboards and sharing data stories
Analytical mindset – sharp, curious, fast-learner, proactive and independent
Strong communication and storytelling skills – able to explain technical and data concepts to non-technical audiences
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Experience with A/B testing and interpreting results, with a background in data science, experimentation, and statistical analysis
Background in data science – experience with predictive modeling, experimentation, or statistical analysis
Experience in AdTech, marketing analytics.
