As a Product Analyst, you will see beyond the numbers. You will define, analyse, and draw actionable conclusions about our business, users and features. As a partner of the Product team, you will be working together with Product managers, UX designers, developers, analysts and stakeholders from other business units.
You will guide important decisions about our products to help define the strategy and the roadmap.
The ideal candidate is passionate about strategy, product analytics, making an impact, and leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data and insights to fuel business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct data analysis to make product recommendations: cohort analysis, user personas and behavioural segmentation, forecasting, impact analysis
Design and analyse AB-tests to optimise product performance and understand user behaviour
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analytical projects
Deliver effective presentations of your findings and give your input to multiple levels of stakeholders, creating a visual representation of quantitative information
Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale to multiple types of stakeholder
Understand our strategic position vs. the competition, and work day in and day out to improve it by providing insights that deliver value and help us execute on our vision
Define metrics, analyse usage patterns, and solve problems that block us from reaching our objectives and key results
Learn and educate yourself everyday. (We have monthly learning sessions where every analyst should present the unique skill he/she acquired and teach others it)
2+ years as a product analyst or business analyst Must
BA graduate in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Industrial Engineering/ Economics
Excellent knowledge of SQL Must
Knowledge of statistics – Must
Experience with Python or R Must
Experience and deep understanding of AB tests and the maths behind it Nice to have
Experience with Mixpanel or Amplitude – Nice to have
Experience working with BI-tools
Strong data visualisation skills ability to effectively communicate performance and business impact to the broader business
Ability to ask the right questions and use both quantitative and qualitative metrics to answer them
Experience in translating analysis results into product recommendations and business questions into an analysis framework
Sharp communicator and a confident presenter
Experience with B2C mobile apps, Marketplaces, SaaS Platforms, and B2B products advantage
English proficiency Must
Fluency in Hebrew and Russian – an advantage
